What you need to know - please keep a copy of this page

  • The personal data included in the enrolment form will be processed by the theatre school/principal for the purposes of administration. The theatre school will not disclose this information to third parties without prior permission from parents/carers.

  • We aim to offer 30 sessions over a 3 term academic year, this includes show day sessions.

  • Membership continues term on term and year on year until written notice of withdrawal is received at least a full half a term in advance. The notice is required by the first session of the half term.

  • The term dates for the following term will be made known in writing/on the website, at the end of each term at the latest.

  • Fees are paid termly in advance (payment plans are available with prior agreement by the principal) and will be reviewed annually.

  • The minimum commitment and charge is until the end of the term in which a session begins.

  • Any sessions missed by the teachers due to absence will be made up on any Saturday by the end of the academic year.

  • The theatre school reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to teaching staff.

  • Any sessions missed by the student will not be made up or refunded.

  • Sessions cancelled due to venue closures beyond our control or forced closure will not be refunded. However we will always endeavour to make these sessions up over the academic year where possible.

  • The theatre school staff are only responsible for students during the published lesson times.

  • The theatre school does not accept liability for loss or damage to pupils personal possessions.

  • Parents/Carers agree to pay any examination fees (LAMDA).

  • Tuition may be withdrawn in the event of disruptive or anti-social behaviour either by the pupil or parent.

  • Due to child protection and privacy, parents are not permitted to remain in class whilst the lesson is taking place, unless invited by the principal.

  • From time to time photographs and film footage of students during class time may be taken and used for marketing, publicity and on the website and social media pages. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed and filmed, please state on your enrolment form.

  • Students will wear appropriate clothing and trainers/jazz shoes with their theatre school t - shirt. All long hair should be tied back.

  • Students or parents should make the principal/teacher aware of any existing injuries.

  • The principal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and without notice.
